from what redneck pasted into the IRC chan a dozen times i think when you're logged into a banned account you aren't allowed to view at all. i would guess that when you log out and it's not an IP ban you can view the forum just fine.

iv been banned from sooo many BBS's useing this softwear, if you ever wanna know how to get past it just ask.
