Setting up a MOH server on a network Non Dedicated

I have been trying to set up a server. I am running a home network and I cannot get my server to host, every time someone i know tries to sign on using my ip address it says that the server is full. I have the server amount of people set to 10. Iam using ultra mod game mod. I think it has something to do with my adapter not configured right in setting or ??? Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Give us some details on your home network and how is this other person trying to connect.
Via the private side of your network or the public side ( Internet )

My network is 1 hub connected to 3 computers all computers are running win98SE. I have a cable modem hooked up to the hub so i can share internet on all computers. The person I have tring to connect is connecting from the internet right through MOH mulitiplayer. I tried having them connect directly to my ip address and still no luck.
I can play on the servers on MOH mulitiplayer. Thats why I dont understand why i cant setup my own.
Thanks

How many IPs did you get from the cable company? Normally they only issue one. If this is the case you can only use the computer with the correct IP as the server.

are you the same person who posted on mohadmin.com? if so I left some other info there.

I only got one Ip address. How can i tell witch computer has the main ip address. When I look at the councel on the MOH game it tells me the ip address. Also I had the server working one time on that computer. Another problem when it loading up destroyed village after its done it makes me hit continue instead of going right to the game and hosting.

That is another map causing the "continue" to show up.

I would start by shutting down or disconnecting all the other computers first. Get MOH up and running with only one computer connected then try connecting the others.
Right now you have too much connected to trouble shoot correctly.

I tried that with just my main computer connected and I get the same results. I reinstalled MOH. I think it has something to do with my ip address cofiguration or somthing with my cable modem not giving me a direct ip address. I tried to call my cable provider and they said they dont support online hosting of games, what crap, if I am paying for the bandwith i should be able to do use it any way i want.

If you are using a hub and NOT a router, you will be unable to share the internet connection with the other PC's. A hub is strictly for sharing a connection/network between PC's, and is not designed for sharing an internet connection, even though they say they will.

Normally, your cable provider, like mine, will only give you one IP address. If you want to connect additional PC's, you will need to either:

A) Purchase an additional IP address (Usually an extra couple of bux a month)

or

B) Get a router.

Either way, contact your provider and ask them what you should do. The hub will only be good if you can purchase 3 more IP addresses, for the other PC's. Otherwise, you're going to need a router.

I am already sharing the internet on all computers and it is a hub. I can try calling the isp and see if they will sell me another ip address or maybe Ill get a router.
Thanks
