problems after restarting from moh
 

hey, i was just playing around on moh, and it started slowing down i decided to restart. well, after i restarted everything was dandy except for my desktop doesn't show up...i'm running this internet explorer right now through a control alt delete "run" option. i'm running windows 2000 NT and i'm just wondering: WHAT THE HELL SHOULD I DO!?
