Why would I need one?
I just hit B and it shows them. Is there something special about this mod? Thanks. |
yeah...when Badscript posted that i was kinda confused.....i just hit B and the binoculars come right up...although they are of no use in the stalingrad map.

It was gonna be associated with air strike, then agian it didnt work so I removed it.
