Stormtroopers and other SW figures...?

I tried make a stromtrooper. I looked a bit the same as the real one in front, but from the side the nose of the face profile is something which makes the project dead.

How to/or is it possible to rearrange the face profile so that it meets e.g. stormtrooper helmet both from front and sides?
