Are self made skins for MOHAA compatible for SP?

I have one self made mp skin for MOHAA that is based on allied airborne. Some how the skin has an invisible helmet in Spearhead but in MOHAA it looks ok.

Are there different kinds of paths or settings for SP skins that have to be take into account or are the mods compatible without any modification?
