RFA extractor problems.

Wanted too put in some skins and such, but I can't install the RFA extractor.

I think u have to install Microsoft.NET program in ur comp, but i'm not sure

Another question is, the read-me says put in texture. But I don't have a texture file in my BF? Do I have to make it or somtin?
