go to a computer store, ask them if you can borrow a microscope disk, you may have to buy it tho.
If and when u get the disk pop it in and restart. Go to utilities, then to other tests, then you will see keyboard test. Run that use every key on the keyboard, if the keys say a value other than what it is supposed to be, trash the keyboard and buy a new one.' I think its a bad keyboard myself, If you dont get a microscope disk to try it, I would go buy a new keyboard. NOTE is you do get a microscope disk, only run what I said, microsoft is used for alot of things. If you do something and dont know what it is, you can end up low lever formating your HD. Which makes it the way it came at the factory. |
That happened to me and I told my computer maker (Gateway at the time) and I sent them my keyboard, then they sent me a new one happy:
