I did it! (with help)
 

TheStorm (TMT Moderator) made a mod that did it. The ammo doesn't show in the hud except 1 but he did it. The Axis rifle now has 6 riflenades on the 78th server. I looked at his mod and figured it out. I add a line to the tik file under secondary ( secondary clipsize ). I did not realize that we can add lines to the tik files. I just thought we could change the values.

I'm glad you got it to work.
I still cant imagine why you would want 6 rifle nades thought.
