ok zone were do u get the backgrounds for your pics they always look so nice

Well, they can come from three sources:

1) I make the effects myself
2) They're images I found on the net
3) They're a combo of self-made images/effects and photos.

The key is knowing what to make a little transparent and what to keep opaque. Too many semi-transparent layers ends up looking like an indistinguishable mush and too many opaque images might look too busy.

Another thing is to save your jpg images at the highest quality possible. This retains all the original image's crispness and clarity.
