ok i know this tread was made but i could not find it so i mad e second 1 but any ways do u have to have all 100 packages to even see the apatch helecopter i have the cop uniform and i can go in there but i dont see the apatch help pleasee

you need 100 packages or have beaten the last mission(Keep your friends close....) for the apache to appear in the Army Base. If you get both then it qppears off of the base.
