SERVER ADMINS/ever see this one ?
 

a guy was using bad language on my server the other night. after repeated warnings to stop i went to auto kick to send him on his way. i saw the list of players their ip addresses. WHAT THE HECK!!!..this guy didnt have an ip address. it looked like this ...... thats all i got. i figured ok its a glitch. so i highlighted his name and hit the kick and ban. got the text on the screen that he was kicked and banned by the admin. . ok hes gone..HES BACK !!!. i kick and banned him like 6 times before he just gave up but he could have come back as many times as he wanted. kick and ban had no effect on this guy what so ever. HOW DOES THIS GUY NOT HAVE AN IP NUMBER????..could this be the beginning of the end for crow kings auto kick.???..BUTCHER

i wouldnt think so. he probably had some kind of way to mask it from your view.

Autokick will never die. you should be ashamed to think that. lol.

You should of tried stopping, closing, reopening, and restarting Auto-Kick.

yeah ive seen it...just a glitch..ive also seen it where autokick will just randomly kick someone. ive been banned from my own server before oOo:

Oh yea about that no IP I would think it was just a glitch with the program. Stuff like that has happend to me before. Heck the whole program was glitching on me one time I had to uninstall reinstall to fix.

hrmm...i've seen that happened on my server also. Maybe its a glitch and maybe not. Got a guy came onto my server without any IP, all AutoKick displayed was ..... then all of a sudden I got kick off server. I rejoined, the guy came back with an IP this time but then it disappeared then I got kicked off again. Then I tried to do a dumpuser on him, server said no such player on...but the guy was still playing. Then again I got kicked off again, I came back and he rejoined and left and rejoined without an IP. Took me serveral times to kick/ban him thru Autokick. Good thing I jogged down his IP and added it to autokick for ban IPs. Weird thing is I didnt get kick off my server anymore. Kinda strange.

Same thing happened to me, i thought it was that i had a "borrowed" copy of AA

cameltoe, not sure yet...still trying to find a home for it. Just check my website once in a while to see if its up.
