G'day mate........thks for the advice.
Unfortunately does not work for me.
I can load the map ok but, for example in Stalingrad, all I can use are the W,S,D,A, keys and that it. Can't move around in the buildings, go up the stairs etc.
Also, I can't exit either and have to hit the reset button on my mini-tower to exit the game.
Perhaps yu can't or arn't supposed to load the maps in "single player" mode.Mind yu I am sure when I first downloaded the game I managed to do that, but I'm buggered if I can remember how.
Oh and yu are right , it is boring but I was only looking at seeing what else was on the maps

Hi there. Can anybody tell me if it is possible to enter the map and wander around "single player" fashion....for want of a better expression??
Just for a change of pace from being blasted in multiplayer games, it would be good to have a more detailed look at the map.
Are yu able to do this and how please??

Hey mate. Yeah you can just walk around the map whenever, however. Just go into the Multiplayer section. Click on the far right option for the Multiplayer options. Choose the MP gametype...round based, objective...so on so forth, choose the map, and the click the button down the bottom, "Join game" or something like that, cant really remember, I never bother to look at it http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif

Anyway, that should let you walk around in the map by yourself. Just a warning now...it's boring http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/wink.gif

Got it sorted. As soon as I logged onto the internet I could enter the maps and wander around all by my lonesome.

I know walking around by your self is boring. That 1st map blows. "The Hunt" is better..... Well we need to wait for Jan 1,2002 for the Single Player demo
