well your computer seems pretty new and pretty nice..
so i dont think its a technical aspect unless is ur os and/or a hardware conflict

1) try to reinstall
2) reinstall medal of honor: allied assault and then reinstall spearhead
3) exchange the game (the disc mite be faulty)
