Autokick problems

Hi all!
I really need help! We got a server running (1.11) and use Crow King's Autokick (ver 1.2.1).. RCON works, and the Autokick is kicking high pings (over 175).
But the Announcemment doesn't work. Autokick send "say" to the Console... nothing happens. The Console write "say" unkown command.
Anyone know?

Yeah the say button doesn't work. Go to other, then type
