Problem typing : in IP Join
 

Can anyone help me,i can't seem to type in : in the IP join in order to type in the port number oOo:

I can do it ok in mohaa no problems it's just Spearhead that has this problem!

Right, you can't do it in Spearhead. It won't let you type a port number. I think the way it showed up on mine was I browsed to the game I wanted to play in the In-Game Browser, then joined. I don't think the port # is needed in SH.

no i have the same problem. you cant hit : key to enter the port number. okay to do this open your console and type connect then the full IP with port number. should work then.

yeah thats right you cant type : you need to just write it all including the port number

I have a problem with connecting by IP, when i try to connect to my clans server by IP i always get timed out, why is this?

i have the same problem

just type "reconnect" and then it will be fine (but you allready knew that i think oOo: )

nope i try connecting to the ip a million times and still happens, on the one off occasion i have been able to get on server
