How many TC's will make it?

Was checking out some mods and noticed a huge drop in em. Now BoB mod has gone to Unrealy Tourney 3000. I mean come on, we've really lost out on some top grade TC's and mods.

What do you guys think of the future TC's and progress of MOHAA?

well if EA would release the stuff to import models and change antributes and crap then alot more would come.

Personaly I cant wait so I am moving Enemy at the Gates to RtCW (good for the new Enemy Territory heh

2 or 3 half-assed ones maybe. mohaa will be dead by the time any of the "big" mods get anything done. there is no sdk and i find it hard to believe someone will stay on a mod team for a year while they work around everything.

Well, Band of Brothers was hardly half assed, but I understand what you're saying, Strik0r. Now Enemy At The Gates may be lost too and I know many snipers were looking forward to that one(I was one of them). I was reading an article in a business magazine that is calling EA possibly the next Disney, because they have the bulk of market share on published games and a string of big name titles(Madden 2003, The Sims, for example). Maybe they feel that they have gotten so big they don't need the gamers anymore. mwah:

considering it has gone to UT i don't think it can really be considered a MOHAA TC mod now can it

Hans-AlbinVonReitzenstein 12-31-2002 01:39 AM

All TC's will break up by mid 2003

101stSpeirs 12-31-2002 02:58 AM

i read in the ModTheater.com forums about BoB going to UT2k3, and someone said that they might change their minds

Bazooka_Joe 12-31-2002 08:16 AM

Man, I really misunderstood that.

I thought the BoB team was going to the UT2K3 engine, as in they somehow knew how to put UT2K3 engine scripting into MOH, heh

MOH is hopeless perhaps they can make something useful out of UT2K3. perhaps it even has that thing they use a lot in war. hmm what's it called? i think the ai does it all the time but you can't. oh right, PRONE!

Bazooka_Joe 12-31-2002 12:06 PM

You can goto the prone in UT2K3?

Sniper Wolf [USAR] 12-31-2002 04:26 PM

"considering it has gone to UT i don't think it can really be considered a MOHAA TC mod now can it"

Let me just clearify this. They have not GONE anywhere same as US. We are awaiting to see if they release the SDK SOON as in the next half month.

As for the prone idea, It dont matter if it is in the game or not, you can make it happen with a few animations and scripts heh. What you think we were doing at EaG? Snipers need prone don't they??? lol I said to much now haven't I?

Just posted on TMT They are sticking around, or a couple of the members are going to keep the MOH dream alive.

Looking forward to both bob and EATG

Hang in there guys, we need all the help we can give ourselves.
