Ive destroyed the 4 tanks near a destroyed church, afterwards i run into the building beside the tanks, theres a clipboard and a safe, but i cant do anything with them, and i also cant find the plane or the map. Any help is appreciated.

the plane is back by the tanks i believe, in a corner near a truck with it's headlights on. after you get the map, get the clipboard then use the safe.

Plane? I never saw a plane lol. Yeah you get to the safe but you need the combo. I just use my compass happy:

What Star said. If you follow your compass, it will direct you where to go.
