Where can I find the download that makes your levels "more real"

Depends on what you mean by "more real." If you mean something that makes SP more real, then I honestly don't know. If what you mean is MP realism for your server, then there's a bunch out there - just check the downloads section under gameplay mods. If you're looking for gore like hitpuff and blood mods, then again I suggest you check the download section.

I think realism effects SP also though.

Please define by what you mean by "More Real". I think McCusker is right though, I think you're looking for a realism mod.

if you want "more real" you're going to have to buy something like OFP, even with a realism mod it's still your typical fps
