Damn Card!

hi, i have a voodoo 3 graphics card and youall know about the conflicts the card causes to the game (i.e the Windows in the game are all black and u cant see through them even when u smash them) well anyway i was running Win 98 and i downloaded the latest drivers for the card and finally the windows were see-through again, but then i got Cable and the drivers for the modem messed my computer up so i installed Win XP and it worked but now the windows are back to black again, i downloaded the latest drivers and they dont seem to work, i also downloaded a MOD which takes the textures out of the window so it look as though there are no windows there but that didnt work, now im wondering if someone can help me and tell me if they know of any-way to remove the windows or tell me where i can get drivers which make the game normal like before. thanks.

You can try turning texture compression off in the games options. If this dosen't work, you might want to try reinstalling the game.

voodoo does not make drivers for their cards anymore. However a group of people starting making their own drivers.

You can find them and more info on your card here:

As great as this card was, It might be time for an upgrade.

Good luck hope you can find drivers that work.

Radeon 9500 Pro. $180, and almost as fast as a Ti4600.
