How do I make Crosshairs
 

Was wondering How to learn how to make them, I just want to make my own cause I can't find one made Like I want it. I HAd the Balls to ask one Mod Creator to make one for me...but as of this post I haven't much faith in that happening. If anyone can help me, I'd apreciate it. Thanks much.

I really prefer using PSP for modding games. PhotoShop is good for pics/art, but not for editing game textures, IMO.

Thanks man, and I do have photo shop, I have all sorts of useful stuff on my computer I have no idea how to use.lololol
