Edit the tga files found in the paks that come with the game, using Photoshop or whatever. There's a tutorial on this site, but how could anyone expect you to look there?

you mean skin or mod?
if skin follow there links if not

you need to mess with the tiki files specific to the guns that you want have a play if you get stuck come back and well help some more.
