What is your definition of the word "bum"?
 

So wut is your definition of "bum" apart from ass.

vagrants (sp?), beggers - and yes that includes the guy that wants to bum a smoke or a beer.

it can also mean hanging out, kind of like a begger or a vagrant.

street people is what I think of. I cant figure out why we still have them in the winter???? Its 10 degrees out, if I was a bum id hitch a train to Fla!!!!

2) Friends who try to get money/food/cigarettes from you.

The two that Joe said, and also: A sports figure who doesn't live up to expectations.

Example, Alexandre Daigle was drafted 1st overall by the Senators, yet never produced like he should've, therefore he's a BUM!

MY definition of bum is, a homeless person who is too lazy to get a job and would rather stand around with a sing that says "feed me i'm to lazy to do it myself".

a bum is anyone who is 1. to lazzy to make his own way in the world
2. Has been forced to live in a situation which removes him from the scocial nrom. is homeless or just plain loon that shit's himself.
