Banning subnet or provider question

Can it be done, and if so how?

I have a player who keeps coming into our server. Lately he has been changing his ip to evade the ip ban, and im wondering if its possible to ban his IP host altogether.

Any help would be appreciated.

Delator will allow you to do that.
