Hey guys in case you are interested there will be a show on my ship HMCS WINNIPEG Jan 30 10 pm est. They shot the footage during part of our work ups when we left for the arabian sea. I havent seen it yet but i know what kind of stuff they filmed and i am pretty shure that there is some footage of the missles going off on the tape.

I'm still waiting for them to air us when we went to Fort Knox. They were there when we were training.
