The getaway = CRAP
 

Can anyone explain to me why this game is getting good reviews? Its a piece of shit, the only thing mildly amusing is the amount of swearing in the cutscenes. The game seems to be bugged to hell and back, i was able to walk through the wall of a building and drop off the map and die.

The cars are also a joke, they loook ok but all seem to have the acceleration of an arthritic 70 year old granny on a zimmer frame. When you smack into other cars its not even a realistic looking crash, you basically just slow down a bit before chugging away again.

They supposodly spent a couple of years photographing london to make this game, musta spent about 5 seconds doing bug tests then if thats the case. oOo:

I played the demo and loved it, so I went to reseeve it for when it comes out here (Jan22). I hope its not as bad as you say.

Damn..There's a demo? I can't wait to rent it though, looks great.

Its for PS2. The demo was in the Official Playstation Magizine (not PSM)
