Server setup
 

I went over to a friends house and was showing him how to load maps from console on his own server. However, he has an even bigger problem than not knowing how to load maps. Every single weapon has one shot clips and I dont see any suspicoous pk3's anywheres to delete. He says its always been this way and this is the third time he has removed and then re-installed the game (due to other reasons). But each time he has only one bullet in any weapons clip. Any ideas guys?
