Who is hosting it?

[url:f2cee]http://www.lanlegends.com[/url:f2cee] is a computer gaming community focused on all forms of online gaming as well as providing large scale LAN Parties (this one is planned for 300 attendees). We plan to provide monthly/bi-monthly computer game tournaments in the New England (USA) area (NH, MA, RI, CT). Winners will receive excellent prizes (If we reach our target number of attendees, over $5,000 worth to the winners...and rising!) as well as online exposure...to hopefully help gamers solidifiy their dreams of becoming professional computer game competitors!

Moh:AA is our Main Tournament, and we may also have a Secondary RUNE Tournament. Other games we plan to have running on dedicated servers besides MOH:AA: Battlefield 1942 (hope to have 2, 64 player games running!), Unreal Tournament 2003, Jedi Knight 2, Soldier of Fortune 2, Counter-Strike, Ghost Recon, RUNE and a few more to boot! We also take requests!

If we have a high enough attendance, we will be planning to have these fine items for prizes:
(Remember, this MOH:AA event is a 5vs5, double elimination event)

1st place winners: All five winners will receive 1 ATI Radeon 9700 Pro 128mb AGP card + a $400 gift certificate to CompUSA!

2nd place winners: All five 2nd place winners will receive 1 XBOX console system!

3rd place winners: All five 3rd place winners will receive a Microsoft GameVoice system + $50 to CompUSA (I may substitute the gamevoice with a new game or something...not sure yet).

We also plan to have some giveaways at the event, so more than just the 15 people above will be getting something.
