What do I need to make my own skins/clothes.
 

I want to make some skns for the allied and axis soldiers, but I don't know what I need and I haven't found anyone else asking how to make them so, I really don't know what to get. I want to make some skins for everyone to use so if anyone can tell me what I need and how to make a good skin plz tell me,
