actually i read something about that earlier this year. it is fake. there was a real message, but it said something else-like happy birthday or something.

its actually a fake, they took the pic of a ship where they had assembled to say "we're ready" because bush said about "i need my ships ready" or what not.. Some moron (most likely racist as well) simply edited it.
