how to disable this message on server when we spectate..
 

me and another clan members had rcon and ftp access but this other clan member quit the clan and some how he setup a message that shows up when people are in spectate and im wondering how to delete this message from the server??? is the a certain rcon command... mwah:

He did it through the localization.txt file on your MOH server.

You need to login to the FTP, open a folder in the Main called Global, then open the file called Localization.txt

Go to http://www.mohadmin.com and read the Guide on how to change the MOTD.
