anyone know a good program for opening pak3 files so i can extrct the localazation file

I'm pretty sure they can be opened with WinZip, but it's been a while since I've messed with one and I can't test it here. Try WinZip first.

PakScape is also good, built for opening/creating .PK3 files. You can get it by doing a search for PakScape on http://www.google.com
