Spearhead Sound Problem
 

i am having a huge problem with my Spearhead...none of the SH sounds seem to work except the taunts. ambience, weapons, none of it and it just started. i have reinstalled SH and taken all my shit out and this and that at least twice... i have even system restored twice. if anyone has any ideas on what it might be please respond. email me if u want. alongi_joseywales@hotmail.com

it happened to me once too. i did all of the above and found out it was my updated sound card drivers. i installed the ones that came with winxp pro and everything was fine again. the other day i had the same problem once again and found out it was a custom map ... so, it could be almost anything ... spearhead sucks !

Sounds like a soundcard/driver issue. Make sure you have the latest drivers. Ya spearheads, got a lot of issues.

Strik0r mentioned to make sure that all of your maps are in your main folder, not mainta. Even if they are SH maps.
