Question About SIG's! Please help
 

As newbie as this is...

I was fooling around today, planning a SIG I would like to have when I realized, that I didn't know how to post it, or connect it to my name.

Is there a special program you need? I basically just need to know how to post it with my name, so that everytime I write something, it shows up...

I really want to know how to make sigs like that!! CAn someone teach me how to make sigs or make me a sig?

If I had photoshop i would be trying to make my own SIG right about now. I had it on my Mac but I bought a PC so no photoshop for me. Right now i am running the cutting edge graphic program that goes by the name MS Paint!!!!
