The blending is almost too good. Everything is semi-transparent and nothing stands out, so it just gets really busy. You might want to leave the face completely opaque.

your first one looks a little stretched to me, the guys face and the background. and like magnum said nthing stands out, its blurry.

Looks good, my only suggestion would be not to stretch the pics out to much. I am by no means a pro and probably should not be even giving advice, but I will anyways.
Also, take the eagle out. The colour is a bit to over-powering
