Multiplayer Bot server stock maps UP and running
 

=LMAO= Clan is now running stock MOHAA maps with 30 -35 bots.

During the slow hours 6am -4-pm est, We will be running our server with added axis bots, they are very skilled to shoot and this is a great place to practice when buisy servers are hard to find. All that is needed is our bot model pk3, without it anyone entering will be fighting an invisable army.

At 4pm we will switch to our normal mix maps witch include alot of spawn kill fixes as well as other custom server sided mods that require no downloads.

However, how can I use this script on my own offlineserver play? Would love to use the bots, or do i need maps modified by LMAO as well?

You'll have to ask the authors for the scripts they used.

Those bots are such campers.

I tried to get into the LMAO server and everytime i tried it said it was full (when there were 2/20 people).

sorry about your failed entry, =LMAO= had a clan srimage ( no bots ) and the server was locked after 3pm for practice. I hope very much you will have the chance to come back.

As far as where the Bots work, at the moment only =lmao= has the map modifications to handle the bots, we will be releasing the maps after they are cleaned up and spawn killing bots are banned. If these maps and bots are to be used by other servers then it would be nice to keep the same bot pk3 so users will not have to download so many pk3's for each server,

That being said this bot pk3 includes all the stock models modified with many weapon options, at the moment only the Axis bots are used and they will shoot and fire at both axis and alleid players, movment is limited to duck, strafe, talk, shoot. so yes they do camp,

we have had the bot server running for 3 days with good results, and mixed reviews, most think it is great fun and good practice and others would like a count of how many bots they hit as well as bots that drive tanks over barking dogs, but working with stock maps without having to download complete rewrites of each map, well we are just very limited on what is possible,

As far as the release of maps and working bots, let me talk with jv_map and see how this should be handled, you can expext to here about the release very soon.

When I first got on the server, those damn bots scared the hell out of me. I was on spectator and they started shooting at me, so I was free-spectating around to dodge or something... Haha, I was tired, leave me alone.

But yeah, a counter for bot kills would be nice. Seeing my score like 0 and 2 for a map ruined my ego.
