Could someone post a screenshot of these blood mods? Are they realistic looking? What kind of blood do they add to the game? Blood stains on clothing? Blood on the walls if someone gets shot against one? Blood on the ground from dead bodies? Also, does it add too much blood? I don't want the game looking like Quake with blood and peices of flesh flying everywhere. Thanks.

The Blood Mod I have just converts the puff of "whitish dust" that comes out of enemies you shoot, into Red.
I think most of them just do this, no stains on walls, clothing etc.

If you go to the mods page, there're screenshots on the blood mods.

i recommend u download the cavok's patch AND the bloodpatch (those are 2 different things)
the cavok's patch gives a small cirkel of blood on where u shot the enemy. It's good for seeing if u realy shot the guy. The blood patch gives the 'smoke' that comes out of a body a red color. It makes it realisticer.

the other 'realistic blood' patch sucks as. when u kill some one, the the whole body explodes into blood. It's not realistic at all, unless u want very mutch blood.
