Question regarding skins..

I'm a noobie at this and need some assistants..

Wondering if custom skins can be viewed by other people? Me and my clan want to have special skins that all of us can view and identify eachother with.

This has been explained MANY times. They have to have the skins installed. All have to have force models off. There

pluss your server has to be hosting the skins
