Do you have SP1 and the game patch from Windows Update?

What OS are you using? What player? I've read on some tech forums that Windows Media Player 9 for XP tends to crash if you try to stream a video. I've had some issues with it myself. There is no fix for it at Microsoft yet. Instead of watching it on the site, try just downloading it.
