I don't think the quality of the skin is the point here, i think the fact he's got the hang of custom skinning is the issue.

Skinning's alot harder than people give it credit for. Good on 'ya, ToeNail biggrin:

Simo, the skin may not be of the best quality (Sorry toenail cry: ), but he'll improve with time.

Good form. Not everyone will like your skins, so don't get disheartened if people criticise them. Also, you'll find that programs like Photoshop will be invaluable if you intend to skin.

I agree 100%. Its not about how good of a skin it is, its all about the knowledge he now has.
