Taunts doesn't work anymore in Allied Assault
 

Hi,

I am playing MOH:AA everyday, but suddenly my taunts aren't working anymore when i use the V key.

Where can i define the taunts key?
Or anyone that knows a solution for this problem.

No option to choose my taunts, i also can't scroll down any further. Where can i define taunts, in the bottom where it is black at my picture?

Please help, this sucks big time. lol

Did you download a mod recently, that might of altered this?

I didn't installed any new mods recently.

It suddenly didn't work anymore. I did play with a laserdot for one week, but that was one month ago and i got rid of it after one week.

I know people define keys to actions, is there anyway to define the taunts key to a new button?

For them to just disappear is just plain odd. I would possibly suggest reinstalling the game, unless someone else has any suggestions.

What about maps? Skins? ANY custom files. Remove them all, and try again.

Ok i will try it, thnx 4 the advice.

I had a few custom maps in my main folder, i moved them all to a back up directory and started the game in multiplayer.

Still nothing happens when i push the letter V button. Looks like the key had been changed somehow. It must be defined somewhere, anyone got a clue which file it might be so i can write that one over.

hrm. ..I'll see if I can find it in the console.

Well, I can't find the main menu one, but I found these for each sub-menu:

bind z "instamsg_group_a"
bind x "instamsg_group_b"
bind c "instamsg_group_c"
bind v "instamsg_group_d"
bind b "instamsg_group_e"

They work indeed, to bad the submenu is harder to find. Then there is nothing else to do then reinstall the game.
