help with photoshop

ok i have my background for the sig...but i can't figure out how to bring any other picture into it...like a picture of a soldier...neeed help

i would save it as a different name because you might just end up screwing up Magnum's good sig, so be careful

as for helping you, you could use the lasso tool to go around the outline of the soldier you want to put into the existing signature, then just cut and paste it into the sig and blend the edges. Just make sure to do a careful job going around the edges with the lasso.

okay

all you have to do is... well, what i like to do is, when your done cutting it out the part of the pc that you want, just select the mover buton thing, its kinda like your curser, above the magic wand tool, then click and drag it over. If that doesnt work, take your box cutter outer tool and select the whole pic, hit ctl+x, and then go to select your sig, and hit ctl+v, and it will appear. hope that helped. biggrin:

I generally just use Select All on the new image, then copy and paste into the sig. That way you can use my blending technique. If you cut it out, then put it in, the edge will still be dirty.
