Day of Defeat crashes..HELP!!
 

the DoD forums won't let me register so i'll ask here: Whenever i try to enter a server that is running Dod_Overlord, it immidiatley crashes, what is wrong?

well could be a corrupt sound file, animation etc.... Try and run your own server and test out the map. If that don't work, just do a simple re-install.

P.S. Why would you want to play that map? It's so much das pooper shit! Allies camp with sniper rifles making the whole idea of runnin against MG fire usless.

i try to assault. there are always 3 or 4 pussies though that won't join the allies to make the teams even. I would like there to be an automatic team balance in missions like Omaha Beach, in DOD, BF, and MOH, which would only allow axis to have 2/3 as many people as allies.

Yeah, Overlord is a camping map. All Omaha maps really...For the forums, I had the exact same problem. It took me about 6 months until I could post. I had to try 3 names, then my e-mail was deleted a lot by MSN and then I finally got in...

I like to indulge myself by looking in their Random Nonsense forum, god that place is weird.

I never knew DOD was better than MOHAA.

I own with the Garand and the K43. Also really like the Grease gun. Sure glad that game doesn't have a rocket launcher or shotgun...That's what makes MoH retarded...

Disamble them...now are games almost the same?

my name in DoD is VVa|2P!g, and i like MOHAA bettter, but i like some aspect of DoD, like proning, and more weapons (no rocket launchers and shotguns, YES!!) and the class system, so if the BoB mod is gonna use those aspects in MOHAA, i will most definantly DL it. And, i just wanted to test overlord for fun.

Agreeeeeeeeeeeeed! I think this is maybe the second time I've agreed with you on this..

Anyways, I've been playing MOHAA since the demo and all the things that needed to be fixed or addresed still haven't been.

As for DoD.. take a seats students cause I'm schooling with KAR power! My weps are usually Kar,K43,Scoped Kar,MP44,StG44 ( or as n00bs call it the 'AK-47), Garand, and BAR. I can snipe pretty good, somtimes I do better with out the scope! Anyways stop by my clans server and knock round IRC.
