is there any way to get fps higher
 

i was wondering if there is anyway to get my fps higher without getting a new video card(for the time being) i have everything set to low but only get 20 and lower
specs:

athlon 2200+
windows xp
prosavage DDR 32(video card)
512 memory

i've done the com_fps 250 i have even higherd my virtual memory on my comp if there is nothing i can do ill just have to go out and by a new vid card

You really need a new card.

I am not sure if you want to up your virtual memory. I am not sure, but I think I had heard that you really want to do the opposite. But dont take my word, someone here should know.

That card sounds like intergrated video.

If it is you should definitely get a 'GOOD' AGP video card.

Sorry man, that card is basically hopeless. Plus its a HUGE bottleneck on your system. My advise is deal with what u got, and as soon as u have money get yourself a decent video card like at least a Geforce 4 4200 or a Radeon 9000, at least.

yes its crap thanks for all the suggestions anways and when i get enough money will get a new vid card at least a 64 MB if i can a 128 MB
