Canadian Guns
I have a question for all the Canucks on the board. As we all know, the Canadian government has, over the past few years, passed several gun control laws. I'm wondering, have they lowered crime, has crime increased, or has there been any effect at all besides steaming gun enthusiasts? I've heard that since similar laws were passed in the UK, France, and Germany, crime has steeply risen. What is the effect so far up north? We are constantly besieged by the same debate down here by the folks that think "the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed" means we have no right to own guns.
