help with makeing a new compass!!!!!!!!!!!!
 

ok so i am trying to make a new compass useing my clans logo.....all i want to show up is the logo and everytime i try to do it a white box with the logo shows up mwah: mwah: i am sure that i have to edit the alpha channel some how but two things
1 i cant figure out how to make it so that just the logo shows up
2 i would really like some help on how to load,edit,and save to the alpha channel useing photo shop and not pait shop.............THX!!

you're using alpha transparency with a .gif picture?

no i am editing the .tga files.....or am i going about this all wrong??
