Is this possible? (anti-cheat question)
Well you guys know the console command "path" which returns all of the pk3 files you're using. Well I was wondering if there was a way to be able to preform that command on a client and return the pk3 files they're using. This would be helpful in spotting cheats if they had a file named "cheat skins.pk3" or something along those lines.
|
As of right now, I don't believe this is achieveable. My guess is somehow this will be incorporated into SV_PURE, so it knows which .PK3's to enable & disable.
|
Is sv_pure not available? Or does it just not work?
Anything to stop the cheats would be nice. I'm fairly new to online mohaa and I really like it but I keep running into cheats +( sux0rs |
Thats how client side anticheats work btw. Not rcon. It would be easy to make it tho

Then why don't you help then IssisX. Quit making cheats and do something to help the game for a change.

We have about 7 or more admins who run the proggie. Although limited it does help some in trying to curb cheats. |
the name of the skin doesn't mean shit, since chameleon skins override some stock skins

Sv Pure only scans Pak files.
Unless EA reading my umpteen posts about it that they have it scanning the folders also. Other wise its pointless. Doesnt take a genius to figure out why. kdjac |
