1. Download the multiplayer demo, download gamespy, double click on a server

2. Get a server (http://www.freeservers.com great for image hosting) and then goto power tools, then file manager. Upload the files and link them here. use the image code to have them displayed with your post. (image code = [img]URL%20HERE[/img])

I don't know how to ban but to kick ppl off your server type in the console:

kick <playername>

I think to ban you would have to have a bannned.log file somewhere and figure out some way of invoking it.
