well i finaly opened the right pk3 file to show me skins, but now i cant open the tik files with pakscape, and i dunno if psp7 can.
pakscape is confusin |
.tik and .shader files, those you need to make some skins, are standard txt files. They open nicely in notepad. Assign those new filetypes (.tik and .shader) to open with notepad.

Ok, thx

To make skins you need (for example): - notepad or any other txt editing program to make/edit scripts (.tik and .shader files) - an image editing program like PSP to edit images - pakscape or winzip to put all your mods files into a .pk3 file |
.tga = pic file that you edit with psp7
.tik .shader = script file type thing that you edit with notepad. whilst i normally encorage people to take you some forum of moding i suggest you just stop now before you bugger your gameup. |
ok, big problem now
