If the other person does not have the player/weapon skin on their machine they will not see yours... I hope that is right! oOo:

right for the 100th time

the sound mods are local so only you hear them unless you are running a server and have a server side sound mod on there

the skin must be hosted on the server and both/all clients must have the skin to see it.

wepon skin if you have texture compression on them you need to turn this off to be able to see them, these are also local so you and only can see them, alteration to the way the wepon works are server side and hence if you are not running the server then these will not work.
